Terms of Service - HABITAT AI

1. Introduction

Welcome to HABITAT AI ("HABITAT", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HABITAT AI mobile application, operated by Logic Line LLC.

2. Description of Service

HABITAT is an AI-powered environment wellness application that provides:

  • Science-backed analysis of your physical environments using computer vision AI
  • Personalized missions to improve your spaces based on 87 peer-reviewed studies
  • Environmental Wellness Index (EWI) tracking across 7 environment types
  • Cross-environment pattern detection and insights
  • Progress tracking with gamification (XP, levels, achievements, streaks)
  • Anonymous benchmarking against other users

3. Eligibility

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have the authority to bind yourself to these Terms
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

Sign in with Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining account security.

5. Acceptable Use

Use HABITAT only for lawful purposes. Provide photos of your own environments. Do not reverse engineer, use bots, submit fake photos, or photograph environments without occupant consent.

6. Subscription and Pricing

Annual subscription required. Billed through Apple's App Store. Free trial may be offered. Cancel through Apple ID subscription settings.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all your data. You grant us limited license to process photos, store results, create anonymized data, and sync via iCloud. Delete account and data via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

8. AI Analysis and Recommendations

Uses Anthropic's Claude for AI analysis. AI analysis is approximate and not professional advice. Not a medical device. Photos are processed on-device (face blurring), sent encrypted, not stored, not used for training.

9. Intellectual Property

"HABITAT", "HABITAT AI", "Environmental Wellness Index" are trademarks of Logic Line LLC.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase (authentication and storage)
  • Anthropic Claude API (AI analysis)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • Apple Services (Sign-In, CloudKit, StoreKit)

11. Disclaimers

PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability capped at amount paid in 12 months prior to claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Logic Line LLC from claims arising from your use.

14. Termination

You may terminate via Settings → Account → Delete Account or email logiclinelabs@gmail.com. We may terminate for violations, fraud, non-payment, or at our discretion.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify Terms with notification.

16. Governing Law

State of Delaware, United States. Binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver.

17. General Provisions

Entire Agreement, Severability, Waiver, Assignment, Force Majeure.
